Elforyn Super Tusk is a premium, German‑made ivory substitute that captures the color, grain, and characteristic “Schreger lines” of natural elephant ivory while remaining fully synthetic and cruelty‑free. Its mineral‑filled resin composition gives it excellent machinability, high surface hardness, and very low water absorption, so it drills, mills, sands, and polishes beautifully for long‑wearing piano keytops.

Reyburn Piano Works now offers a complete 88‑key set of Elforyn Super Tusk keytops, precut to 1" × 6" in 54 uniform blanks thickness‑sanded to 1.75 mm, with an additional 10 blanks reserved for key fronts that are used to ensure close color matching to the tops. These pieces can be cleanly cut to size using a simple score‑and‑snap method to minimize waste.

The blanks have not been pre‑graded for color or figure, giving technicians freedom to select and match pieces as desired. We are the only supplier in the world currently selling a full, ready‑to‑install Elforyn Super Tusk set for both new builds and restorations. Keytops must be glued, trimmed, filed, and buffed to their final gloss; Elforyn Super Tusk accepts fine sanding (wet or dry) up to 2000‑grit and buffs to a high, durable polish.
