Limited Warranty

All keyboard and action components manufactured by Reyburn Pianoworks Inc. are covered by a six (6) month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. This warranty applies exclusively to the component parts as manufactured and delivered, and covers manufacturing defects present in our craftsmanship and materials. This warranty does not extend to damage occurring during installation, normal professional fitting and regulation work, or issues arising after the keyboard or action has been installed into the end customer's piano. Upon delivery of the finished piano to your customer, you assume warranty responsibility for the complete restoration. In the event of a valid warranty claim for manufacturing defects, Reyburn Pianoworks will repair, replace, or credit the defective components at our discretion.

IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS: THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. REYBURN PIANOWORKS INC.'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LABOR COSTS, INSTALLATION EXPENSES, THE VALUE OF THE FINISHED PIANO, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. Complete warranty terms and conditions, including purchaser qualification requirements, claim procedures, and additional limitations, will be provided with all quotes, invoices, and shipments.
